Although culture, heritage and arts have long been contributing to the appeal of destinations, they have only recently been discovered marketing strategy to attract travels investigate a personally rewarding and enhancing tourist experience (Zeppel and hall,1991) This type of special interest travel aims at the process of learning and experience the past and present of host community through consumption of the manifestation of cultural. ((Symons, 1999) According to Karim (2006) had stated food image of France, Italy and Thailand toward attracting tourist in culture result that suitable food image destination and tool marketing strategy have relation by dissemination of information which can help in developing tourism, and from research survey about importance local cuisine to tourist founded that 46 % of meal consumed by tourists were local cuisines (Torres, 2002).
            For past decade, tourism and culture become to relate throughout around the world as developing countries. The Government agenda promote many tourism destination about colorful traditions, culture or heritage resource (Collins R, 1983).
            Thailand has diversity in tourism resources and advantageously has food abundant including beautiful natural tourism resources, with a wide variety of attractions in its four regions (the North, the South, the Northeast and the Central region). Due to the regional geographical differences, Thailand maintains wonderful and attractive natural resources, food and sites for tourism. To illustrate, the attractions of the Northern region are forests and waterfalls, whereas the south offers spectacular coastal scenery. The beaches along the Andaman Sea in the South are known all over the world offering wonderful undersea scenery. Thailand’s tourism attractions do not only come in terms of environmental and natural recourses, but also in its long history and historical epics that are reflected through the lifestyles of the local people
            From data statistic about tourism industry in Thailand, since 1960 when there only 81,380 foreign tourists visited the country generates revenue of 196 million baht. This number steadily increased over the year and in 1982 the number or foreign 2,218,429 generating total revenue amounting to 23,879 million baht, A decade later, in year 1995 the number of foreign tourist dramatically increased to 6.9 million creating the total revenue 339,658 baht and in 2009 have foreign tourist 14 million people and revenue 527,326 million baht (Tourism Authority of Thailand, 2010) including research of The World Tourism Organization reported about expect number tourist in Asia-Pacific region trends in 2010 to reach 937 million and growth rate or 4.7 percent which grow than other region. (TDRI, 1997), As the tourism business becomes popular and generates more income to many people in the communities where there is a thriving tourist industry, the government and business sectors became eager to develop more tourism sites to distribute income generation to more communities. It is obvious that the tourism businesses in Thailand have continuously recorded rapid growth bringing sizable amount of foreign currency into the country (Tourism Authority of Thailand, 2010)
