Questionnaires are considered a key
data collection method for quantitative studies (Rubin & Babie,2002). A
brief overview of the manner in which questionnaires can be conducted help
explain why personal questionnaires were the preferred research method for this
research. Kotler et al.(1999) show that Questionnaires can be conducted in a
number of ways, including by phone ,Email or in person

the questionnaires by Email was considered appropriated for this research
project because fast and easy in survey, then using communication was
considered
most appropriate
Rubins
& Babbie(2002) had stat that limitation of low response rate ,the length of
questionnaire used in this research project to deterred the author from using
Email questionnaires. Therefore, the final option was to administer the
questionnaires in person, this considered the ideal means of collecting the
data for this research.
